Delivery Information
Items dispatched by standard delivery should arrive within 2-5 working days.

Customer Collection
If the delivery address you provide at Checkout is on the UK mainland, you will be offered the opportunity to collect your purchases from our St Albans shop. Just select the ‘Collect from Store’ option at the checkout and we will reserve your order for collection. You can add your own note on the Checkout page to let us know when you think you may be visiting the store to collect.

When you come to collect your order, please bring your Order Confirmation and a form of identification. Suitable identification includes a current passport, driving licence with a colour or black and white photograph or a UK National ID card. Someone else can collect your order on your behalf, but to prevent fraud the person you've nominated must bring along your Order Confirmation, your ID and photographic ID belonging to them.

Goods will be held for seven days. If you have not been in to collect your order after this time, we will try to contact you by email. If after fourteen days we have not heard form you, and the goods remain uncollected, the order will be cancelled and the card used for the purchase will be refunded.

International Shipping
We are sorry that we are currently unable to offer international delivery due to prohibitively high costs.

Made to order items
Our ‘made to order’ and bespoke items are commissioned especially for you. Upon receipt of your order, a contract will be sent to you and an approximate delivery date advised. Once the contract has been signed and the order placed, any cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Large/Heavy Items
Wherever possible, items are dispatched on a standard delivery charge. However, fragile, heavy and large items require delivery by a specialist carrier and need additional insurance. The extra charges applied are to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition. Once your order has been processed, a Customer Services representative will contact you with a quote at which point you may continue with the order or decline and receive a refund.
